FAQ

1. How do I track my order? An email will be sent confirming your order has left out warehouse, your tracking information will also be included in this email.

2. I have not received my order, where is it? ReadyLamp is run by a small team and our warehouse shipping days are Monday - Friday. All orders ship in 2 weeks due to the building process. Once your receive your tracking number, please allow 24 hours for it to update.

3. Who do I contact in the event I have any issues with my order? Please reach out to CustomerService@ReadyLampUSA.com 

4. I emailed customer service, how long will it take for them to respond? It can take our team up to 48 hours to respond to inquiries. 

5. How long will it take to setup my ReadyLamp? If you follow our video guide, it typically takes less than 10 minutes to set up your first ReadyLamp, and substantially less time after that. 

6. Do you ship to outside the Continental US? Unfortunately, and due to the shipping costs of the ReadyLamp, we do not typically offer this option.
